Grading Operations
Our packing facility spans 7,000 square feet with a 2,000-square-foot cooler. The building is fully temperature controlled, with the main work area kept at 60°F and the cooler at 42°F.

Our Facilities
JC Walker Brothers operates from the seaside village of Willis Wharf, Virginia. Across five buildings, including a hatchery and nursery spaces totaling more than 33,000 square feet, every step of clam production takes place in town. With the scale and manpower of our operations, we can harvest and package up to one million clams per day.


Refrigerated Storage
Our harvesting process keeps clams in the water until collection is complete. Once loaded, clams move from boat to our temperature-controlled facility in less than an hour.

Shipping
Using double-roller clam graders, our crews sort and package clams to meet any size or bag request. Orders are prepared quickly, with same-day shipping available.
